If you have been too busy lately grooming your ironic moustache and perhaps forgot to feed your sourdough regularly, you can check it into our rehabilitation and training program.

During rehab your starter will be subject to intensive care by specialist sourdough trainers including:

  • Regular feedings
  • Consistent temperature
  • Lots of water
  • Occasional extra stirring

By default doughs are fed with a precisely measured 50/50 mix of bread flour and whole wheat, a delicious and highly nutritious diet with an optimal balance of fiber and protein.
